ultrasound and biopsies for uninsured residents of the panhandle. If you are a male under the age of 40, you must have a physician’s referral, otherwise you can just apply online.

Breast Cancer Screening Eligibility

• Uninsured resident of the Texas Panhandle

• Women over the age of 40 (assigned female at birth)

• Household income no more than 400 percent of poverty level

• (If you are younger than 40 or male, you will need a physician's referral)
