Heal the City

Patients seeking medical care must call HTC at (806) 231-0364. The patient will answer a brief screening questionnaire, which will be forwarded to our nursing staff.

2. Nursing Staff Contacts Patient

Nursing staff will return the patient's phone call within 24 hours for phone triage. Based on triage, the patient will be scheduled for an Acute Care appointment.

3. Patient Receives Medications

If the patient is in need of medications following their appointment, our on-site pharmacy will be able to fill those medications after their appointment. No medications will be filled without an appointment with one of our providers.

If you have a chronic illness, need maintenance medications, and have no health insurance, please consider enrolling in our chronic care program, Shalom. Shalom is ideal for those dealing with Diabetes, Asthma/COPD, Hypertension and other chronic conditions.

Dental

The dental Walk-In Clinics are on Mondays throughout the month.

The first 20 patients will be screened for possible referrals. Evaluations begin at 1:00 pm. You must be evaluated in order to receive a possible referral.

We DO NOT offer cosmetic dental services such as braces or dentures. We DO offer extractions as long as it is not a wisdom tooth.

Pharmacy

Heal the City offers FREE medications to our patients. We DO NOT offer controlled substances.

Acute Care

Acute care patients can receive a 30-day supply of their medication after an appointment with a provider.

Shalom Clinic

Refills are available.

Prescriptions are ready 3 business days after being ordered. Patients will receive a text message when prescriptions are ready for pick-up.

Gideons International

Heal the City is blessed to have Gideon's come during acute care to provide snacks, Bibles, and a person to talk to while our patients wait to see a provider.
