WIC Eligibility 

• Pregnant, breastfeeding (up to one year), postpartum (up to six months), infants, and children under five years old. 

• Meet income guidelines (at or below 185% of the federal poverty level). 

• Be at nutritional risk (determined by a health and diet assessment). 

• Reside in Texas (U.S. citizenship not required).
