Faith City Mission
Initiative program for disabled individuals
Women
The Missionite Program for women is a 6-12 month initiative designed to support women with special needs or disabilities, offering a safe and empowering environment where they can thrive. Through this program, women are provided with food, clothing, and shelter in exchange for meaningful work within our laundry, dining room, or day room. This opportunity not only helps meet their immediate needs, but also equips them with on-the-job training, allowing them to build valuable skills and gain a sense of accomplishment.
Men
The Missionite Program for men is a 6-12 month initiative designed to support men with special needs or disabilities, providing a safe and empowering environment where they can thrive. Through this program, men are offered food, clothing, and shelter in exchange for meaningful work within our laundry, dining room, or day room. This opportunity not only meets their immediate needs but also equips them with on-the-job training, helping them build valuable skills while fostering a sense of purpose and accomplishment. The program provides a supportive community where men can grow personally and gain confidence, all while contributing to the mission's daily operations
